Exploring St. Paul History at the Wabasha Street Caves

We celebrated a perfect day in the on-again, off-again spring of 2022 with an excursion to the Wabasha Street Caves in St. Paul, where we learned about the caves’ roles in mushroom farming, cultivation of bleu cheese, and of course, speakeasy and gangster history. The tour was followed by lunch at Holman’s Table at the St. Paul Municipal Airport, where Dames had a chance to catch up on our activities over the cold winter months.
